A boundary that matters
Public connection is not the same as cultural authorization. A website can help relatives find public notices, language opportunities, meetings, services, and written work. It cannot authorize access to protected knowledge, define another person’s belonging, or replace relationships carried by families, bands, elders, and legitimate community institutions.
