Education Watch follows the public boards that serve Pit River country and adds a family schedule layer for local school athletics. Board records and sports schedules remain separate evidence types: official agendas control board business, and school or schedule-provider updates control games. Confirm current details before travelling.

Upcoming games from the local school communities already followed here. This is a schedule service, not sports reporting: times and sites can change, and the linked school or schedule page controls.

No future fall game was established in the checked public schedule sources. Use the school/NFHS routes below.
Schedule sources are dated and can disagree. When a current official school page links to MaxPreps or NFHS, those services may be used as schedule evidence; they do not replace school announcements.
A scheduled meeting date does not establish its agenda topics. This desk labels schedule entries, linked agendas and expected dates separately. Use the current agenda for topics, attendance options and public-comment instructions.
These are the recurring mechanisms that decide whether money reaches Native American and rural student services. Each appears on a board agenda for a short window every year; miss the window and the decision is made without the community in the room.
The chart fills in as agendas are logged. A thin month is a month nothing was logged, not evidence that nothing happened.
Board agenda pages (works without the tracker script): Fall River JUSD · Modoc JUSD · Big Valley JUSD · Shasta County Board of Education.
A searchable archive of how each board handled items that bear on Native and rural students. An entry is logged from the agenda first and completed from the minutes; a vote count appears only once the minutes have been read.
Public notice and comment. Regular-meeting agendas generally require 72 hours' notice (Gov. Code § 54954.2); special meetings generally require 24 hours (§ 54956). State law contains limited exceptions. Check the current agenda and the board's public-comment instructions for the meeting you plan to attend.
Most boards here allow three minutes per speaker and cap each topic at 15–20 minutes. Check the current agenda for the sign-up rule; two of the four boards require a card or a sign-up before the meeting starts.
A checked date appears only after a source review; the ledger explains what could and could not be verified. A board or policy anchor may remain visible as Not yet checked. Expected meeting dates are pattern estimates. Scheduled dates are listed by the board but have no verified agenda yet. Agenda linked means an agenda route was found; it does not establish a vote or that the meeting occurred. Unsupported date generation is disabled until a reliable schedule is available.
Generated from the tracker for the next 28 days, in the Check-In’s card markup and as a Facebook block. Paste the card at the end of the “Jobs, Education, and Training” section (regional material goes last) and add the shortcut chip in the at-a-glance box. Re-generate on the day of production so the agenda-due dates are current.
The tracker preserves earlier source checks and recorded actions. Expired or unsupported watch topics leave the active agenda list without becoming confirmed events or votes. Each new source review records its scope and limitations. The downloadable data includes the revision history.
