Share a Source or Correction is for public documents, meeting notices, official links, flyers, timelines, corrections, and questions that may help improve a report or start a future report.
Please do not send private accusations, private medical information, private family information, protected cultural knowledge, or rumors about private people. Reports should focus on public conditions, public records, services, safety, prevention, and repair.
Useful materials
Public records
Agency notices, dockets, environmental documents, agendas, minutes, public meeting links, official letters, permits, maps, and public decisions.
Community-facing materials
Flyers, event notices, service announcements, application deadlines, resource guides, public clinic information, and emergency notices.
Corrections
Wrong dates, broken links, changed meeting times, updated contact information, missing source labels, or claims that need qualification.
Questions
Clear questions about land, water, fire, health, services, infrastructure, grants, public plans, or agency decisions affecting Pit River and surrounding communities.
Protect people and relations
- Do not send private medical, substance-use, family, school, employment, or court information about private people.
- Do not send accusations about private individuals.
- Do not send cultural information that should not be publicly repeated.
- Do not send private-message screenshots unless everyone involved agreed to public use.
- Do not send urgent safety emergencies here. Use emergency services or appropriate local contacts.
